George Ezra

Rock,Pop

George Ezra has seemingly sailed in to his position as one of pop’s most talked about new artists. Even he seems unsure how it happened. The hype around the Hertford-born singer with the booming, bluesy voice certainly hasn’t gone to his head. Of his transition from umpteen One To Watch 2014 lists to top ten staple, he remains refreshingly non-plussed.

As the Crow Flies

Rock

Chris Robinson has songs he wants to sing. As frontman for The Black Crowes—one of the most prolific and celebrated rock ’n’ roll bands of its generation—he co-wrote classics like “Jealous Again,” “Remedy,” “She Talks To Angels,” “Twice As Hard” and “Sometimes Salvation." With a desire to breathe new life into this storied repertoire, Robinson has gathered five musicians whose musical journeys intertwine with The Black Crowes, including guitarists Marcus King and Audley Freed, keyboardist Adam MacDougall, bassist Andy Hess and drummer Tony Leone. Appropriately calling the band, As The Crow Flies, they’ll perform shows consisting of music from throughout Robinson’s history at a handful of select U.S. dates in Spring 2018, while in-between tours with his primary outfit, the Chris Robinson Brotherhood.

Weird Al Yankovic

Musical Comedy,Rock,Pop

Since "My Bologna" hit the airwaves in the '80s, Weird Al's career has successfully spoofed "The King of Pop," Michael Jackson, on up through "Mother Monster," Lady Gaga. In between, he's done guest-stints on "The Simpsons," filmed a comedy special and released a book, appropriately titled, "Weird Al: The Book." In other words, Weird Al is about as popular as ever. His song parodies and originals have been a staple on "The Dr. Demento Show," while his live shows are a comedic tour de force and an experience all their own. After his highly successful Mandatory World Tour (200 dates including the Hollywood Bowl and Radio City Music Hall), Yankovic decided that he wanted to take a break from the high-octane theatrics that he’s known for and go bare-bones – no costumes, no props, no video screens… just Al and his band of three decades hanging out on stage, playing music. Because of the nature of the show, Yankovic will be performing exclusively in intimate theatres and settings.
