Genealogy - Key Decisions When Conceptualizing Your Family History Book

Talks/Lectures

While many family history books take the form of compiled charts or biographical sketches, you may have another goal in mind when writing about your ancestors. Your purpose dictates the subject matter, size, and formatting considerations. This lecture by Dr. Kathryn Marshall will present software and websites that can serve you well in creating a family history book. Online publishing sites with a good track record will also be discussed. There is no registration for this program, which will be held in the West Meeting Room on the 1st floor at the Central Library.
