Garden to Pantry: Preserving Marmalades & Jams

Join Master Food Preservers for a demonstration style class for beginners to food preservation. There will be a demonstration of water bath canning for citrus marmalade, lemon curd, spiced orange jelly and oranges in light syrup. You will also learn how to make candied orange peels. The instructors will answer your questions and show you the step-by-step process for each recipe. You’ll go home with the basics of food preservation techniques and with recipes for each demo.
